‘Hamsa’ means “five” and refers to the fingers of the human hand. This term of arab origin is adopted as an amulet for protection. The ‘hamsa’, also known as ‘Mano de Fátima’, represents good luck and the virtues of patience, fidelity and fertility.

The outside of the hand is texturized with special paper.
